Another excellent novel about Darth Bane and his new apprentice, Zannah. Starting right after the Path of Destruction novel, we learn more about the start of the Rule of Two and what Darth Bane’s plans are for the galaxy. Ten years later, you begin to wonder if the young apprentice has ability to be a Sith heir. Will her weakness be the end of the Sith? Will the Jedi discover that there is still a Dark Lord alive and confront him?
