Beyond Job Boards

I found a reference to this WSJ article by Joseph De Avila, Beyond Job Boards, on a LinkedIn group.  It discuss ways companies are now seeking to network with individuals about their opportunities.  It also provides information for individuals to use these networking tools in their own networking efforts in landing their next opportunity.  A good read.  Check it out.
