Northeast and Midwest games have been very good games today. This is the reason why I am watching these games instead of the East Regional Final. For those interested, Michigan leads 2-0 in the third period. It has been a good game as well.

  2. 29 March 2008 at 20:19

Minnesota missed a chance to tie. But, BC comes back with a good chance as well. Great saves on both ends. Less than 2 minutes in the second period. Still, 2-1 BC.

  3. 29 March 2008 at 20:41

Back again at BC-Minnesota. Third period has began and BC going on power play.

  4. 29 March 2008 at 20:47

Nothing happened on the power play. But, BC scores to make it 3-1 on breakdown in the Minnesota end. Could this be the game for Minnesota? They have found it difficult to score goals this season. But, they might change it on the power play.

  5. 29 March 2008 at 20:53

BC makes it 4-1 with little more than 10 minutes left in the third period. It may be the end for Minnesota. It will be difficult to come back from three goals down. It happen to Denver earlier and they were not able to overcome the deficit.

  6. 29 March 2008 at 20:57

The ESPN broadcast showed that BC is 86-0-1 when scoring more than 4 goals.

  7. 29 March 2008 at 21:06

Does not look good for a sweep by the number three seed this year. Minnesota is still down 4-1 with just over three minutes remaining. But, the Gophers are going on the power play.

  8. 29 March 2008 at 21:12

Minnesota may have scored on the power play. But no whistle until BC scores empty net. Replays show it was a goal from two angles. There is 45 seconds left. So, it will probably reset at 3 minutes. We will see what will happen.

  9. 29 March 2008 at 21:18

Minnesota power play goal counts. It is BC 4-2. NCAA say time left is 2:46, but ESPN says it is 3:30. Time is actually is 3:27.

  10. 29 March 2008 at 21:25

BC finally scored an empty net goal making 5-2.
