64th Anniversary of D-Day 6 June 1944

Today is the 64th Anniversary of the D-Day invasion of Normandy during World War II. The long fight to regain freedom for those European nations controlled by the Nazi regime. So, in commemorating this day, I found several posts by other blogsphere where this day is remembered:
