Fate of The Jedi – Allies

I recently obtained the fifth book in the Fate of the Jedi  series from Del Rey Ballantine Books  in the Star Wars universe, Fate of the Jedi Allies by Christine Golden.

Check my website to see what I am reading, have read, or will be reading in the Star Wars Universe at my website.

Update 10 August 2010:

The search for the truth of the Jedi madness has taken a twist in the fifth installment of the Fate of the Jedi series.  Luke Skywalker has made an alliance with a lost tribe of Sith in effort to stop a powerful ancient alien being that could change the fate of the galaxy.   However, the Grand Jedi Master must be on guard as no one can trust a Sith Lord.  Traps are most certainly awaiting him and his son, Ben, in the Maw installation as well as well laid plans of treachery from those in the Sith tribe.   Yet, this alliance may bring closure on the Jedi madness, but leave more mysteries to uncover.

Although the Jedi can not assist the Skywalkers, the Jedi Temple is under siege from the Chief of State Natasi Daala.  Important to keep control of the situation, Daala continues with her plan to keep the Jedi in check, as they continue to be wrapped up in their struggle to find resolution to issue of the recent Jedi madness cases.  However, neither party is aware of who may be really pulling the strings in bringing drastic change to the Galactic Alliance government. In fact, Daala has a made another move to have  Jedi Tahiri Veila tried in court and bring her to  justice for the death of Admiral Pellaeon.  But, well laid out plans can bring out something unexpected for both sides and the future of the Galactic Alliance.
